Fits ’14-later Touring models equipped with Hard Tour-Pak Luggage (except CVO models). Also fits with H-D Detachables Tour-Pak Mounting Racks. Does not fit Trike models or models equipped with saddlebag lid rails or passenger grab rail. Armrest will not fit ’23 FLHXSE and FLTRXSE models.
